The machine is designed for kinds of lipstick, suitable for filling silicone mold lipstick, and available to customize switching into 12 nozzles and filling metal mould lipstick as well.

Main Features
1) 20L double tank, SUS304 material, SUS316L material for contact parts. Three-layer heating and stirring tank; 2) The piston filling system is driven by a servo motor numerically controlled; the rotary valve is driven by an air cylinder;
3) The mold is equipped with a timing preheating system with signal light before filling;
4) The stirring device is driven by a motor;
5) The mold lifting is driven by a servo motor.
6) Color touch screen interface, digital control in all aspects, simple and precise operation;
7) Irregular bottles can basically be filled.
