This machine is fully enclosed in stainless steel, suitable for filling and sealing metal tubes and aluminum tubes of various specifications. Its maximum speed can reach 110 tubes/min, and the normal production speed is 80-110 tubes/min, with frequency conversion speed regulation.

* It adopts fully automatic double-station type, adopts foreign advanced transmission technology and designs a unique main transmission system in combination with domestic actual conditions. The cam is forged steel to ensure its durability;
* Adopt the world's most advanced synchronous belt conveying tube cup, encoder PLC communication programming, touch screen operation, rely on new technologies such as cams and pneumatic components to control mechanical actions, and rely on frequency converter for speed regulation, which can ensure high-speed, stable and reliable operation of the machine performance, making the filling more accurate. In order to meet the requirements of GMP, wear-resistant sliding bearings are used above the working table, without refueling and reducing pollution;
