Introduction
1. This kind of filling machine is applied to fill highly viscous liquids with magnetic gear pump metering and conveying system.
2. The filling tubing is made of oxygen, acid, alkali, and corrosion-resistant materials and therefore the filling machine can fill all kinds of liquids with strong oxidizing properties, acid and alkali, and corrosivity, such as oil, alcohols, benzene liquid, oxydols and detergents and so on. There are small pumps and big pump fillers.
3. The small pump filler can be designed as four filling heads model, and the big pump filler can be designed as a double head model.

1. The gear pump is driven by magnetic force and the pump and motor are shaftless connections so as to avoid motor failure caused by the broken or leaking shaft seal or the high load of the pump.
2. The filling accuracy can achieve±0.1ml when filling 10ml liquid, so ithase high accuracy.
3. The filling capacity is from10ml-500ml(small pump), adjustable.
4. Operation is convenient, manual or automatic fitful filling, and the interval time is adjustable.
