Product Description

Introduction
The soft tube filling and sealing machine is suitable for all kinds of plastic tubes, aluminum-plastic composite tubes, automatic filling and sealing, color coding, date printing, trimming and tube outlet, and is widely used in daily chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Features
*This machine manually completes a series of actions such as dropping the tube,automatic labeling, filling, sealing and printing, cutting the tail, and outputting the finished product;
*This machine is equipped with safety device, no tube no filling, no tube no tail sealing, tail cutting, overload protection;
*Suitable for filling sealing soft tubes, such as toothpaste, hand cream, eye cream, face cleanser, shampoo, hair dye, etc. It is an ideal equipment for cosmetic tube.

Flow
1. Automatic drop pipe: the plastic hose is placed in the collection tank, and the opening is placed outward. The tubes are controlled by the swing mechanism to enter the drop tube channel one by one. The drop tube mechanism swings back and forth 90° to place the hose into the tube seat below to complete the drop tube action.
2. Automatic alignment: the turntable drives the hose to the alignment station, and the photoelectric switch is used to identify the alignment mark on the hose, so that all the hoses face the same direction.
3. Automatic filling: The filling part consists of filling head, material tank and other parts. The piston is driven by the pneumatic element to squeeze the material and pour the material into the lower hose. The filling volume can be controlled by controlling the extrusion time, from 20g to 250g.
4. Ultrasonic sealing: The plastic molecules are oscillated by ultrasonic waves and fused with each other to achieve the purpose of sealing, which can be sealed under different conditions.
5. Removal of waste edges: automatic edge trimming, cutting off excess waste edges at the tail of the hose after sealing, making the tail smoother, and can cut out a variety of tails of different shapes or lines to meet the design requirements.
