Features

It is suitable for filling single-color, two-color and three-color disc-shaped lipsticks, eye shadow creams, concealers, semi-dry watercolors, face paints and other paste raw materials.
1. The machine uses multiple servo stepper motors to control the quantification, and the quantification error is small. The nozzle has a suction back function, so there is no material dripping or residual material.
2. The places where the material passes (material nozzle, pump body, material barrel) are equipped with separate digital temperature controls, which are suitable for temperature adjustment when heating different materials.
3. The material barrel is a double-layered barrel. The material body is heated by adding thermal oil in the interlayer. It is equipped with a stirring motor to effectively control the stirring speed, so that the material body is heated evenly, and the temperature of the raw material heating is effectively controlled. The opening and closing status of any barrel can be selected according to production requirements.
4. Equipped with 2000*200mm flow conveyor belt and infrared induction positioning device, which is highly efficient and saves labor.
5. The motor-controlled filling nozzle can adjust the height according to different packaging materials for lifting and filling.
6. It adopts PLC program control. The set parameters (quantity, time, speed) are all set by the PLC interface, and the required capacity can be accurately set.
