It adopts imported stainless steel, scientific homogenizing system, reasonable scraper blending to ensure equivalent homogenizing and make product more smooth, even and bright. 


This machine is available for manufacturing liquid products(such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, liquid soap, etc). It integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, discharging finished products, and so on. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories. According to the customer's requirements, the tank can heat and cool the materials. The heating way includes steam heating and electric heating. Easy to discharge, bottom direct discharge, or by transfer pump.

1, The equipment consists of a cabinet and blending tank.
2, There is an advanced scraper blending machine, with the working eccentricity, the PTPE (F4) composite plate touches the boiler correctly and solves the problem of sticking materials. The ideal step-less speed adjustment device can adjust rotation within 0-60rpm willingly.
3, Advanced homogenizing system imported from USA ROSS Company, the homogenizer is in the bottom to ensure homogenizing material even with small productivity. The sealing adopts a recycled water cooling system and can work for a long time, conquering homogenizing problems regarding to high viscosity materials. A frequency conversion speed adjustment controller to satisfy kinds of complicated ingredients (Emulsifying capacity 3 times per minute) upper homogenizer as an option to work with upper homogenizing and emulsifying so that the material emulsifying effect is better; the product is more bright and luminous.
