1. This machine is high-efficiency filling equipment for aerosol BOV packaging products. The machine has a beautiful appearance, programmable control by microcomputer (PLC), and photoelectric sensing.
2. This machine is a new type of equipment independently developed by the company. It consists of a sealing airhead and a forced filling head on one table, saving floor space.
3. The linear screw bottle pushing system is used to replace the original transmission, and the semi-automatic and automatic modes can be selected during the operation of the equipment, which is flexible and efficient, saving labor.
4. The machine fills the propellant or compressed air while sealing the valve with the pouch, and then injects the liquid raw material into the pouch with high pressure. The raw material and the tank body can be completely isolated, thereby solving the trouble caused by the raw material corroding the tank body or the incompatibility of gas and liquid.
5. The main sealing parts are imported parts to ensure the sealing quality, the equipment runs stably and the failure is low.
