1)Introduction:

This machine adopts piston type quantitative valve filling system with small quantitative error. The nozzle has a suction device, no material remains, and the metering valve and pipeline are easy to replace and clean. When adding raw materials, the barrel has an exhaust function, and there will be no gas explosion when filling.
2)Equipment principle
1. This machine is driven by compressed air, so it is particularly suitable for use in a humid environment with explosion-proof requirements, and has a high degree of safety.
2. Due to the use of start-up control and mechanical positioning, the filling accuracy is high, and the accuracy can be controlled within five thousandths.
3. The screw and counter are used to adjust the filling volume accurately, and it can be directly reflected in digital form.
4. In the case of an emergency stop, just press the emergency stop switch, the piston will automatically return to the initial position, and the filling will stop.
5. According to actual needs, it can switch freely between "manual" and "automatic" filling states.
